Northeast. The company was founded in 2006 by lifelong friends Sean Flynn and Mike Steele. Through the years they have brought their personal values to bear where they place a strong value on respect and responsibility to each project, their customers and the environment. 
Silver Maple Construction is known for taking ownership of their work. When they are working on a project, whether it be a small addition, a comprehensive remodel and upgrade, or a sumptuously appointed energy efficient new home, the details, structure and overall perfection of that project are as important to them as they are to the customer. They have a woodshop which gives them the ability to create custom woodworking of all shapes and sizes including cabinetry and other fine details. Some recent projects include passive homes which are so energy efficient no furnace is needed.
