Vermont Business Magazine The following message was shared with the University of Vermont community at about 10:30 am Thursday morning. A construction worker died after an early morning fall at a new residence hall construction site. The worker's name has not yet been released:
"We regret to inform you about a tragic incident that happened early this morning at the First Year Residence Hall construction site.

"Preliminary information indicates that an Engelberth Construction worker fell from a significant height at approximately 6:40 a.m., resulting in his death.
"The incident is being investigated by appropriate authorities. Construction at the site has been halted until authorities complete their site investigation.
