Vermont Business Magazine The campaign of Republican gubernatorial candidate Bruce Lisman today announced that four prominent Southern Vermont leaders have endorsed Bruce Lisman for governor. They are:
- Patty O’Donnell, former State Representative
- Milt Eaton, served as Vermont Secretary of Development and Community Affairs and as a U.S. Department of Energy foreign attaché
- Phil Steckler, Country Business Inc. of Brattleboro and also served on the Brattleboro and Vermont state chambers of commerce
- Bill Daley, owner of the landmark Vermont Country Deli in Brattleboro.
Patty O’Donnell said, “Bruce has strong management skills, a successful track record for getting things done and deep love for Vermont. We need a common sense leader who will help us grow the economy so our children will be able to live and thrive in the State they love. It’s time for a new direction for Vermont. Please join me in supporting Bruce Lisman on August 9.”
Bruce Lisman said, “Southern Vermont has been neglected and ignored by the Shumlin Administration. This must end and, as governor, I will place a great deal of emphasis to helping strengthen Southern Vermont. I greatly appreciate the support of Patty, Milt, Phil and Bill; they are so supportive of moving Vermont on to a better more positive path so all Vermonters can be prosperous and economically secure.”
