Japanese Realtors visit Vermont

Vermont Business Magazine Last week Gayle Oberg of Little River Realty in Stowe was out touring homes in Washington and Chittenden Counties. Not unusual for a real estate professional with Gayle’s experience and clientele. What make this particular Thursday unusual is she was accompanied by 17 real estate professionals from Japan. The Japanese Realtors were visiting the US from Japan to attend the annual meeting of the National Associations of Realtors Convention in Orlando Florida.

The Japanese Realtors turned into tourists as they made side trips to Vermont and other east coast destinations on their travels back to Japan. Their quest was to learn about the American real estate market as well as develop relationships with realtors in the US. Gayle was happy to entertain the visitors as well as share some of her knowledge she has built over her career.

Homes in Japan differ greatly from the homes here in Northern Vermont and it was a great opportunity for Gayle to pick up some Japanese as she plans a ski trip to Japan in the Spring. Little River Realty, was founded in 2014 and Gayle Oberg and her ever expanding team are building upon her reputation of being “Your trusted Real Estate advisors”. Gayle has been a real estate professional for more than 20 years. Little River Realty provides buyer as well as seller services and is currently expanding their rental offerings.
