Vermont Business Magazine - Arthur Arnold of “We Fix Trucks” at 248 Riverside Dr. in Littleton has sold his business to Robert and Malisha Montminy of Brownington, Vermont. The business transferred on August 1, 2016.
The Montminy’s own 3 businesses in Vermont - MAG Enterprise, Inc., B&B Towing & Recovery, and B&B Truck Repair & Tire Center. All 3 are located in Brownington and Lyndonville. With the addition of the Littleton site, now known as Granite State Trucks, they are authorized dealers of International Parts and Penske Rentals as well as a Fleetpride facility. They will offer complete truck repair and servicing to include computerized truck alignments as well as parts delivery to NH and VT. They are also dealers of Michelin, B.F. Goodrich and Uniroyal Nation Tires. Arnold said “Bob and Malisha own successful businesses in Vermont and I am very pleased that they will be taking over the reins of my business. They have a lot of good ideas that will be implemented here and I know that customer service is a priority to them.”

When asked what attracted them to Littleton, Bob Montminy mentioned that he grew up in the area and has always been impressed with the economic vibrancy of the general Littleton area. “We were looking to expand and when we heard about the opportunity to purchase Arthur’s business we became a little more focused about it. After all, it is a very successful business with a good clientele, close to highways with easy access to all points north, south, east and west.” He added, “Malisha and I are excited about opening another facility in Littleton which will be our first in New Hampshire. Granite State Trucks looks forward to continuing the success that Arthur has had.”
