These competitively significant practices are unworkable in large corporations and thus are ignored by normal business training courses.
Our group learning modules, explain and provide practice sessions allowing students to incorporate these new ideas in support of three fundamental small business planning routines in which they need to become proficient – those that determine how their sales revenues are to be generated, those designed to maximize the efficiency by which their operational procedures are to be conducted, and those essential for the financial management that informs them how well revenue planning and operational planning are actually working out.
