The Bullrock Corporation with offices in Shelburne, Vermont has announced that groundbreaking will begin in late December on a new Assisted Living community - The Lodge at Quarry Hill in South Burlington, Vermont.’
The Bullrock Corporation, a locally owned construction and adult living management company, currently owns and operates The Lodge at Shelburne Bay, The Shores Assisted Living at The Lodge at Shelburne Bay and The Lodge at Otter Creek in Middlebury, Vermont. The company also has sister communities in Virginia and Canada.’
The Lodge at Quarry Hill will be a $35 million construction project. The all rental community will consist of 70 Assisted Living and 20 Residential Care apartments, as well as a 15 unit Memory Care community.’

The Lodge at Quarry Hill is scheduled to open in the Summer of 2015.
