PC Construction is building the Quad Commons project, consisting of a 40,000-square-foot multifunctional student center and a 43,000-square-foot residence hall, at St Michael’ s College. PC Construction and the College hosted a ‘ beam-signing’ event Tuesday, with hundreds of students signing a 16-foot construction beam that will serve as a time vault in the new student center which is scheduled for completion this summer on the Colchester campus.
The new student center, scheduled for completion this summer, is part of the $30 million Quad Commons project that consists of a 40,000-square-foot multifunctional student center and a 43,000-square-foot residence hall. Existing residence halls will be connected via enclosed walkways.
