After the investigation was completed, the company was notified of the violation and agreed to settle the matter. The settlement was reduced to an Assurance of Discontinuance, and adopted as an order by the Environmental Court. In it, Doyon Enterprises, LLC agreed to pay a $14,350.00 civil penalty.
