ATS Labs acquires Northfield's Microcheck

ATS Labs Inc announced Monday the acquisition of Microcheck Inc based in Northfield, Vermont, a provider of contract microbial identification testing in strict accordance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
Microcheck CEO Susan Sinclair, MS, told Vermont Business Magazine in an email that: "Microcheck will continue to operate in Vermont. We will be Microcheck a Company of ATS Labs. The location and employment will be the same. The previous owners, myself and my husband (Dr Michael Sinclair) will continue to work here for the transition period."
VBM's Vermont Business Directory, updated in 2012, reports that Microcheck has eight employees and an annual sales range of $1 million to $5 million.
