Q Burke Mountain Resort to open for the 2013/14 season on Saturday, December 14

Q Burke Mountain Resort will open for the 2013/14 winter season on Saturday, December 14, 2013. The Resort will offer top-to-bottom skiing and riding on 4 trails, serviced by 2 lifts. Both beginner and intermediate/advanced terrain will be available for skiers and riders to enjoy.

We’ve had great conditions for snowmaking and even a little help from Mother Nature, so conditions are going to be excellent!’
Lift Tickets & Deals
Early season pricing will be in effect for Lift tickets, which will be $49 for adults (18 ‘ 64) and $39 for Juniors (6 - 17) and Seniors (65+). As always, children 5 and under ski free. Early season offers are also in effect for Groups, as groups of 15 or more can ski for just $25/person between opening day and December 21. Call 802.626.7329 for more information.

Events
Q Burke Mountain Resort will host several events opening weekend.
Troops Ski & Ride Day. On Saturday, December 14, all active duty personnel and their immediate family will receive $20 lift tickets. Please visit the Sherburne Lodge and have valid Military ID to purchase.
Welcome Back Rail Jam. The Welcome Back Rail Jam will take place on Saturday, December 14 at 1pm near the Mid-Burke Lodge, just below the POMA lift. This event will be a jam format, with live DJ, swag giveaways from FACE, and an after party in the Bear Den with food and drink specials.’
Food & Beverage Offerings
The Kingdom Cafeteria will be open all day serving breakfast, lunch and snacks. The Bear Den will open at 11am with a full bar, paninis, soups and grab & go offerings. The Tamarack Pub & Grill will be open Thurdsay ‘ Sunday starting at 4pm, featuring an all new menu, craft beers on tap and multiple flat screen tv’s showcasing NBA, NHL, College Football and NFL games.
