Prime Renovation Group is proud to announce that Vice President, Sam Gervais, has been named to the Top 40 under 40 list by Professional Remodeler magazine. The magazine judges nominees from across the country on characteristics such as leadership, dedication, personal integrity and community outreach. The 2013 class had over 100 applicants for this prestigious honor and Sam now joins the previous 80 recipients of the award.
Sam, a lifelong Vermont resident, joined Prime Renovation Group in 2006 as a member of its field crew as he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from Castleton State College. Sam then joined the office staff as Project Manager in 2010 and was promoted to Vice President in 2012. Sam earned his Green Professional Certification in 2012 and is also in the process of becoming a Certified Graduate Remodeler. Sam currently is the secretary for the Remodelers Council of the Northern Vermont chapter and also spends free time volunteering for Rebuilding Together of Greater Burlington. Professional Remodeler is the largest-circulation magazine serving the residential remodeling industry. The 40 Under 40 was featured in the July issue of the magazine and online at HousingZone.com.
