Vermont Tech is presenting this fall a six session Leadership Development Training in Williston. Saying that "leadership is the responsibility of everyone in the organization," this six module certificate series is designed to develop skills and effectiveness for supervisors, managers, team leaders and those with cross-functional responsibilities in the organization.
About the series:
Classes combine group discussions, case studies, and activities to deliver training objectives. Each unit is approximately three and one-half hours and meets weekly allowing time to reflect and apply new skills in the work environment.
Facilitator:
Dianne Gross Percy, M.Ed. is a performance development expert. Dianne’s interactive seminars focus on strengthening individual and group capacity through training and development in leadership skills, change and conflict management, communication skills, and facilitation tools and techniques. Dianne has served as an educator for over thirty years and has been recognized for her excellence in teaching. She holds both a Professional Educator and Administrator License in education from the State of Vermont. Dianne is a certified trainer of MalcolmBaldrige Quality Concepts and a certified facilitator for Developmental Dimensions International Learning Systems. Her education includes a B.S. and M.Ed. from the University of Vermont.
