PC Construction employee-owners pledge $44,000 to help communities

After a two-week campaign, PC Construction has announced a $44,000 pledge to the United Way to benefit organizations in various counties in Vermont, most notably Chittenden County.
The companys employee-owners participated in several events and unified in a giving campaign centered on a goal of increasing participation. With over $22,000 pledged directly by employee-owners, the company matched those efforts for a total of over $44,000. This represents a 15% increase over the companys previous five-year campaign history.
This year marked the companys 46th annual United Way campaign, a tradition that began in 1966 with $106.50 in employee donations and the institution of the corporate matching commitment.
