Bob-White Systems launches farmstead cheese making business

Steven Judge, President of Bob-White Systems ‘ the Vermont farmstead and micro dairy supply and equipment company, announces the addition of a farmstead cheese making supply business and names South Royalton resident, Leslie Mann, the Cheese Manager.
South Royalton’s innovative micro dairy equipment company will now offer cheese making supplies and equipment and provide farmstead and homestead micro dairy farmers with the expertise and support to produce local, artisanal cheese. From moulds, cheese cloths, and vat pasteurizers to measuring instruments, curd knives, and literature, products are available at the Bob-White Systems storefront on the green in South Royalton or online at www.bobwhitesystems.com.
As Cheese Manager, Leslie Mann is responsible for developing and promoting the new farmstead cheese component of Bob-White Systems along with Tim Hollander, company farmstead cheese expert and former co-owner of the Craigston Cheese Company. Mann was previously employed as a cheese buyer at Formaggio Kitchen ‘ a Boston based importer and retailer of small production cheeses from Europe and across the United States.
