Robert 'Sparky' Millikin named managing principal at TruexCullins Architecture

Robert Sparky Millikin, of Hinesburg, was recently named Managing Principal of TruexCullins Architecture and Interior Design.
A Principal of the firm since 2007 and Associate since 2003, Sparky Millikin has served as the Director of Operations at TruexCullins, responsible for all aspects of the firm s administration, including finance, operations, project management and human resources. A Cum Laude graduate of Dartmouth College with a major in Architecture, he received his MBA degree from the Yale School of Management. Prior to joining TruexCullins in 2001, he spent 13 years as a project manager for Bread Loaf Corporation in Middlebury, VT and has over 22 years of experience in the residential and commercial construction industry. His clients have included Burton Snowboards, Ben & Jerry s, Vermont Teddy Bear, Saint Michael s College and Vermont Law School, King Arthur Flour, Orvis, the Montshire Museum, Resolution, Vermont Country Store, Mack Molding, and the National Bank of Middlebury. Combining his studies in architecture and management with field experience, Millikin will continue to guide the firm in its endeavors to create inspiring, sustainable architectural and interior designs. He is currently on the Board of the Burlington Business Association and is a member of the Vermont Business Roundtable.
Millikin leads TruexCullins alongside Principals Rolf Kielman, AIA, Richard Deane, AIA, David Epstein, AIA, and Kim Deetjen, ASID, Director of Interiors.
