NSB BRANCHES COLLECTING NON-PERISHABLE FOOD ITEMS
Northfield, VT - December 11, 2008 (Vermont Business Magazine via NSB)- You might notice something a bit different during your next visit to Northfield Savings Bank: a shopping cart. Each of NSB's thirteen branches is collecting non-perishable food items during the month of December for distribution to food shelves in their local communities. Shaw's Supermarkets generously lent a shopping cart to each Northfield Savings Bank branch office to help collect the donations. Northfield Savings Bank invites its customers to join in this effort to provide much needed support to local food shelves. The collection runs until December 31, giving people an opportunity to drop of any extra items from their holiday celebrations.
