Montpelier, Vt.--Governor Jim Douglas today joined
the Vermont Jump$tart for Personal Financial Literacy (the Vermont Jump$tart

Vermonters to learn the value of properly managing financial assets.

important skill for young Vermonters to learn," the Governor said. "I am pleased to join with Vermont
Jump$tart to urge young Vermonters to learn more about this important life
skill."
