The new 2,552 square foot Douglas fir timber frame is specifically designed to house and showcase a variety of framing systems including a Ridge Beam Common Rafter system and a Principal Purlin Common Rafter system. The Great Room features a Hammerbeam truss, while the gable endwall highlights a decorative Queens post bent. The Sales Center also features various product choices including Loewen™ windows and doors, Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), an Insulated Concrete Form foundation system, and Duragroove™ prefinished decking.
