WBON ANNOUNCES 2017 FALL CONFERENCE

BURLINGTON, VT: Women’s Business Owner’s Network (WBON) is pleased to

announce its 33rd Annual Fall Conference, The conference will be held at the

Hotel Vermont on Wednesday, November 8th from 12:30 PM- 6:00 PM.

This year’s theme is “The Business Climate in Context: Navigating

External Issues.” Many challenges that business owners faces are largely

external. Being informed about the greater business climate provides a

competitive advantage in regards to facing challenges that arise from the

business climate. This conference is designed to help you examine issues and

consider your responses to the challenges you encounter as a woman business

owner.

Keynote speaker and co-founder of Milk Money, Janice Shade, will be offering

insights, inspiration and a few good laughs about her experience as a woman

business owner. Following, there will be roundtable discussions led by a WBON

leader and a subject matter expert on the political, economic,

social/cultural, technological, legal and environmental aspects of the

external business environment at play. The conference will conclude with an

interview with Jovial King, Founder, CEO and Creative Director of Urban

Moonshine. Following the conference, there will be an after party held at

Juniper Bar where attendees will get the chance to network, share and

celebrate each other. Conference attendees that mention WBON at the

restaurant will receive an extra 10% off of meals.
