The Wayside to United Way Day as part of its 100th Anniversary Year Celebrations, MArch 27

Berlin, Vermont – Don’t miss your chance for a meal at the

Wayside to benefit Green Mountain United Way all day long on Tuesday, March

27, 2018. While none of us really needs an excuse to eat at the Wayside, you

can consider it a bonus that a generous portion of the day’s proceeds will

benefit the people and programs serving Central Vermont through Green

Mountain United Way’s work in Health, Education, Financial Stability and

Community Caring.

“Green Mountain United Way is so honored to be supported by wonderful

community partners like The Wayside and to know that our communities have the

support of generous business owners like Brian and Karen – because it takes

the work of all of us to make sure everyone in Central and Northeastern

Vermont has the opportunity to succeed!” said Tawnya Kristen, Executive

Director of Green Mountain United Way.

Come eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, or grab dessert – Green Mountain United

Way staff and volunteers will be in the restaurant helping patrons learn more

about the great work happening in all of our community through important

programs & partnerships like Working Bridges, K.E.E.P. Financial Coaching,

Tatum’s Totes and Green Mountain United Way’s new Volunteer Connection.
