Middle school students from BTC’s sending area are invited to attend this day-long event where they meet the instructors of non-traditional programs (programs where female-identifying students comprise 25% or less of students enrolled) and participate in hands-on activities to gain a better understanding of the courses, learning activities and corresponding career pathways. Career Challenge Day creates the opportunity for students to think broadly about their futures, explore in a fun and confidence-building environment, and consider incorporating career and tech center education into their learning journey.

Participating schools this year include: Browns River Middle School, Christ the King School, Colchester Middle School, Colchester High School, Edmunds Middle School, Essex Middle School, and Shelburne Community School.
