Vermont Technology Alliance Lunch & Learn Session April 19 Features Vermont Health Tech Innovators

The Vermont Technology Alliance is presenting a Lunch & Learn session featuring a panel discussion with leaders from Vermont tech companies that are providing services and products for the health and medical fields, Thursday April 19 from noon to 2 p.m. at the Vermont Community College in Winooski.  Panelists will describe their businesses and how they are delivering medical and healthcare technology innovation for customers nationally and internationally.

The scheduled panelists are:

  • Rick Guidice, Director of Development for Data Innovations, a worldwide leader in providing software for the management of clinical and blood laboratories worldwide.
  • Chip Hart, Director of the Pediatric Solutions Consulting Group for Physician’s Computing Company (PCC), which provides practice management and medical record software for independent pediatric offices nationwide.
  • Ethan Bechtel, CEO of OhMD, a business providing a unique texting app that enables simple and secure communication between healthcare providers and patients.
  • Nick Donowitz, Chief Operating Officer of ThinkMD, which is developing software applications to enable health care workers with minimal training  to rapidly and correctly diagnose life threatening health conditions.

This session is part of the Vermont Technology Alliance’s “Let’s Tech Together” series that highlights the unique Vermont-based businesses and organizations that are delivering tech innovations (and job opportunities) in all sectors of the economy, both inside and outside the state.
