The 2022 Short-Term Rental Conference & Trade Show will be held at the Capitol Plaza Hotel in Montpelier, VT on June 2nd & 3rd. Pre-registration is required to attend and tickets are on sale until May 15th or until sold out at www.vtstra.org/conference2022.
This event will bring together local and national stakeholders in Vermont’s vacation rental market to discover how short term rentals are “opening doors and opportunities across Vermont.” As one of the fastest growing gig economies in Vermont, short-term rental (STR) operation is rapidly professionalizing and new technologies have emerged to make managing, regulating, and promoting these businesses easier and more efficient.
Vacation rental managers, short-term rental owners, planning and zoning decision-makers, realtors, and Vermont lawmakers are invited to attend to hear from industry experts on topics that include:
- Impacts on housing, local businesses, tourism, and the economy
- How to achieve regulation compliance with data and technology
- New safety & insurance products for vacation rental homeowners
- Growing business opportunities for women and minorities
Vermont tourism operators, local manufacturers, property service providers, and other Vermont businesses with products or services for vacation rental owners are invited to sponsor an exhibitor booth.
