Philip Steckler and Tammy Richards of Country Business, Inc will be making a presentation to the Upper Valley Chapter of SCORE on Wednesday, September 17, 2014. The presentation will include determining the proper price and terms for a business, positioning a business properly for sale, types of buyers—individuals, corporate and professional equity groups. Steckler and Richards have made presentations sponsored by this SCORE chapter for business owners and prospective business buyers.
