On Thursday, May 3 from 5:00 to 8:30 P.M., Strolling of the Heifers presents A Women’s Expo at the River Garden in Brattleboro.
Strolling of the Heifers celebrates women at this fun and casual Women’s Expo. Downtown Brattleboro’s River Garden will open its doors at 5:00 on Thursday, May 3 for this free event, which is open to the public.
Vendors and exhibitors will be on-hand with health and wellness products and services, home goods, clothing and accessories and more. “You can shop the displays, or learn about products in a friendly environment,” said Vicki Friedman, Strolling of the Heifers’ River Garden Coordinator. “Many of the vendors are women-owned businesses, and they’re all under one roof just for this expo.”
Local women’s vocal group Singcrony will perform their a cappella harmonies and syncopated rhythms throughout the evening. Their repertoire features swing jazz hits from the 1920s, ‘30s and ‘40s, interspersed with catchy doo-wop, barbershop and classic pop selections.
