By day, Southwest Tech offers its students in the Manufacturing Technology program access to top notch equipment and machines; in the evening, the shop sits idle - and this is where you come in! As an employer, you have resources for your workforce which support training on SW Tech’s milling machines, lathes, grinders, CNC machines and welders. This training translates into skills such as GD&T, blueprint reading, inspection/ measurement and more for your employees.

VMEC Professional Manufacturing Business Growth Advisor with focus on Supply Chain
This full-time position’s primary focus will be on the Vermont supply chain initiative. The new VMEC team member will work directly with manufacturers of all sizes to understand and help meet their challenges, connect them within the ecosystem of manufacturing and supply chain partners as well as assist them in navigating a soon-to-be-announced supply chain platform that supports domestic sourcing.
