What: Special 14th Anniversary Burlington Labor Day Celebration to include the public launch of Rights & Democracy, the new grassroots organization working to align our policies with the wants and needs of the public.
Why: Rights & Democracy aims to bring a “political revolution” to Vermont by growing the progressive movement in support of working families. Vermont can be a pioneer in implementing fair labor practices, addressing climate change, and tackling racial injustice. Rights & Democracy brings together leaders of these campaigns and more to unify our efforts and impact Vermont’s political landscape during the 2016 election and beyond.
