Join outdoor businesses from around the state to hear Matt Powell, vice president and senior industry advisor for The NPD Group and Issa Sawabini, CEO for FUSE of Burlington, share insights and trends for the outdoor sector. A discussion will follow, moderated by Lisa Lynn, editor of Vermont Sports and Vermont Ski+Ride Magazines.
Matt brings over 40 years of experience in the retail and research industries in counseling brands and retailers on consumer trends across apparel, footwear, and equipment for categories spanning outdoor, running, paddle and snow sports, cycling, and team sports.
Issa has developed over a hundred marketing strategies for legacy brands and brings insights for action and outdoor sports in teen and young adult marketing, lending FUSE's expertise in sports marketing, campus marketing, and sampling programs.
