Patricia L. Moulton, Secretary of the VT Agency of Commerce & Community Development will be guest speaker at NVDA Annual Meeting at Jay Peak Resort on September 25th. Patricia Moulton's background in economic development spans twenty-two years of service on local, regional and state levels including time at an economic development office serving St. Johnsbury and Lyndon. Her talk will focus on the agency's work within the region with particular attention on EB-5, statewide economic development planning, workforce development, new opportunities, and legislation.
