Michael Wojtech Presents "Know Your Trees" May 19

On Tuesday, May 19, 2020, the Vermont Woodlands Association will be hosting "Know Your Trees" with Michael Wojtech from 7 to 8:30 pm. This online event will cover Wojtech's book, Bark: A Field Guide to Trees of the Northeast and share valuable information on the tree identification process of the Northeast.

Michael Wojtech earned his master's degree in Conservation Biology from Antioch University New England. He is the co-author of Drawing Leaves and Trees: Observing and Sketching the Natural World as well as the author of Bark: A Field Guide to Trees of the Northeast. He has also been recently published in American Forests.

Wojtech is a freelance naturalist, writer, educator, photographer, and illustrator. He aims to educate audiences about the science and beauty of natural history in compelling presentations, activities, and exploration.
