LEDC workshop on marketing your business with real-world marketing that works Oct 16

If you don’t know how to successfully market your business, whether you are selling a service or a product, you will always be struggling.  This workshop is designed for small business owners or managers who want to learn how to market their business with tried and true marketing techniques that are easy to implement, will increase sales, will grow your business and will cost little or nothing to do.  Included in the interactive discussion will be:

  • The difference between new customer marketing and retention marketing
  • How to effectively utilize social media marketing
  • How to use marketing to find quality new employees

The Presenter, Amy Mattinat is a dynamic speaker, marketing expert and author of two books: “Whatever Happened to Outstanding Customer Service” and “How To Buy A Great Used Car”.  She is also part of The Women’s Automotive Speakers Bureau.  Amy is also a successful small business owner. Her business, Auto Craftsmen in Montpelier is an ASE Blue Seal Shop, AAA Approved Repair Center. BBB Accredited & AskPatty.com Female Friendly Certified Shop. She was awarded the SBA 2015 Vermont Female Business of The Year Award, and is on the Executive Boards of: CVEDC [Central Vermont Economic Development Corporation] and Woman in Auto Care: A Global Community.
