For the first time ever, The Humane Society of Chittenden County will be holding a virtual auction. The silent auction begins February 15th and ends on February 25th, along with a special live auction on Facebook.
The Humane Society of Chittenden County is hosting the Paws for the Cause Auction to raise money for their many community programs & services while supporting local businesses! A huge thank you to NorthCountry Federal Credit Union, People’s United Bank, Burlington Emergency Veterinary Services (BEVS), Bullrock Solar and FoodScience Corporation for sponsoring this event.
Said Joyce Cameron, President & CEO of the Humane Society of Chittenden County: “The human-animal bond is stronger than ever and the demand for companion animals has increased during the pandemic, along with requests for our Surrender Prevention programs that help people and pets stay together. These programs and services come at a significant cost and decreased revenue means we are even more reliant on community support to support our mission-driven work.”
With over 50 items to bid on in the silent auction, as well as 4 high-ticket items in the live auction! Featuring winter gear by Skida, beauty products by Urban Beauty Bar, a handmade dollhouse, a wide assortment of gift cards, and even a gorgeous tanzanite ring from After Midnight Jewelers! These are prizes you won’t want to miss! View all available items at www.auctria.com/auction/hscc or download the Auctria app and search for “HSCC” to find the event. Follow the Facebook event page for updates & sneak peeks with the exciting live auction on February 25th!
