The Green Mountain Care Board (GMCB) will hold the following public meetings in July:
· Thursday, July 3:
-Board Meeting Cancelled.
· Thursday, July 10:
-Secretary Douglas Racine, Agency of Human Services, and Stephanie Beck, Program Director of the Health Services Enterprise, will present an overview of the Health Services Enterprise.
-Discussion and vote on the Certificate of Need for the proposed purchase of the Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice of Southwestern Vermont Medical Center, Inc. by Rutland Area Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice.
· Thursday, July 17:
-John K. Evans, President/CEO of Vermont Information Technology Leaders (VITL), will present on VITL’s work including but not limited to VITL Access, ACO measures, and VHCIP support.
· Thursday, July 24:
-Craig Jones, MD, Director of the Vermont Blueprint for Health, will present a proposed new payment model.
- Dian Kahn, GMCB Director of Analysis and Data Management, and Stacey Murdock, GMCB Data and Information Project Manager, will present an update on VHCURES.
· Thursday, July 31:
-Mike Davis, GMCB Director of Health System Finances, will present a preliminary look at fiscal year 2015 hospital budgets.
NOTE: All regularly scheduled meetings are held from 1-4 pm, in the GMCB Board Room on the 2nd Floor of the City Center Building at 89 Main Street, Montpelier.
