Rutland - Vermont Governor Peter Shumlin will be the featured speaker at the Rutland Region Chamber of Commerce and Rutland Economic Development Corporation Legislative Luncheon sponsored by TD Bank on Monday, January 26, 2015 at 12 noon at Southside Steakhouse, (170 South Main St., Rutland).
