Gifford Retirement Community offers Downsizing Workshop June 28

Free workshop with tips on how to shed belongings and simplify your life

RANDOLPH –Gifford Retirement Community will offer a free workshop designed to help seniors prepare for a downsizing move on Wednesday, June 28, from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Menig Nursing Home Conference Room (lower level) in Randolph Center, Vt. The workshop will cover:

•           Finding the right real estate professional

•           Why estate planning is so important

•           Taking the stress out of moving

•           Successful tools and tricks to get organized

Panel presenters include Melissa Jordan of Jordan Home Services; Sherri McPhetres of Vermont Heritage Real Estate; Lisa Campion, a lawyer specializing in residential real estate and estate planning and administration; and Matt Johnson of Booska Movers, Inc., the largest moving company in Vermont.
