EXPORT TRAINING: How To File An EEI

Who should attend: anyone involved with filing the EEI for exports, traffic manager and the “backup” personnel. If you are filing on AESdirect, you should still consider taking this class. As we will learn why using AES Pclink is a much more user friendly faster and free option then using AESdirect. If you have not been filing any of your EEI’s and allowing your forwarder or customers forwarder to file yours, you most definitely should take this training.

- The (2) two new fields being added
- All (33) thirty-three fields on an EEI and explain how to complete each
- If I am not paying for the freight am I still responsible for the EEI? – Yes
- When exactly am I required to complete an EEI?
- What does USPPI vs Exporter mean in box 1?
- How to avoid common errors when completing the EEI
- Step by step example where you follow the instructor along as he fills out a sample EEI
