Proceeds Benefit Youth Development Programming
Don’t miss The Chill Foundation’s Annual Golf Tournament happening Monday, August 29 at Vermont National Country Club from 7 am to 7 pm. This year, 240 golfers comprising 60 teams from all over the world will participate in the day-long tournament benefiting underserved youth across North America.
“Our Annual Golf Tournament is our largest fundraising event of the year,” said Jeff Morton, Director of Marketing & Development at The Chill Foundation. “We are grateful for the tremendous support we’ve received from all of our sponsors. Thanks to the support of more than 60 corporate sponsors who are contributing to our event, we hope to raise more than $160,000 from this year’s tournament.”
The Chill Foundation’s fifteenth annual tournament includes two shotgun rounds of golf, as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Awards for top scoring teams and players, as well as fantastic raffle prizes will be given during ceremonies at lunch and dinner. Golfers will also have the opportunity to hear from Chill participants throughout the day to learn first-hand how the money raised from the tournament will positively impact youth in 13 cities across North America.
The mission of the Chill Foundation is to provide opportunities for underserved youth to build self-esteem and life skills through snowboarding and other board sports.
