Aiken K-12 Maker Faire
November 19 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
The second annual Aiken K-12 Maker Faire, hosted by the creators of Champlain Mini Maker Faire and the University of Vermont, is a Maker Faire event for students in grades kindergarten through 12th-grade to share their creative and engineering projects with the public. The Aiken Engineering Challenge –also known as the Aiken TASC Challenge– is embedded into this event and will be taking place during the Faire — school teams will compete. The Aiken K-12 Maker Faire is a place for kids and parents to make, create, learn and play while exploring engineering, music, science, technology and more. The event will feature maker and engineering exhibits, as well as various programs and workshops for attendees to participate in.
