Mayor Lucas Herring and Vermont Housing & Conservation Board Executive Director Gus Seelig will welcome attendees. Plenary session features speakers Tiffany Manuel (TheCaseMade), Alfred Diaz-Infante (CHISPA, Salinas, CA), and Todd Farrington (Big Sur Land Trust, CA)
