Vermont Technology Alliance announces new board members

The Vermont Technology Alliance, the business association representing Vermont’s tech sector, announces the recent addition of new board members  New members joining the Vermont Technology Alliance Board of Directors are:

Vijay Desai, Principal Consultant and Managing Partner of Desai Management Consulting, a Vermont-based professional services business serving customers in all industry sectors, including the tech sector, throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Michael Ly, CEO of Reconciled, an online bookkeeping service specializing in QuickBooks Online and other cloud-based accounting tools, and the co-founder of BlockchainVT.

Maureen McElaney, a Developer Advocate for IBM’s Center for Open-Source Data and AI Technologies (CODAIT), a portfolio of managed services for open source data and machine learning technologies.

Jon Winer, Chief Technology Officer for Vermont Systems Inc., a business providing software products for managing recreation and parks operations for local, state and federal military facilities, as well as for private businesses.

They join current board members:

Alex Meyer, Vice President, Renaissance Information Systems, has been named the new board president.

Matt Dodds, Chief Brandthropologist, Brandthropology, Inc.

Chris Yager, Associate Vice President, Software Engineering, Cox Automotive

The Vermont Technology Alliance (vtTA) is a non-profit business association with a mission to support, promote, and grow technology jobs and technology businesses in Vermont. It is the only business organization focused solely on Vermont’s technology business sector. The Alliance has approximately 200 members ranging from individual entrepreneurs to large businesses, including businesses and organizations that work with and support Vermont’s tech ecosystem and employees.
