Lorin Holmes, former brand project manager at the advertising services firm Guru, has joined Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman as a realtor.

Holmes brings a diverse background in client services, marketing, sales and hospitality to her role guiding homebuyers and sellers. In 2011, she founded VermontWeddings.com, an online wedding planning resource connecting couples with over 1,000 local businesses and enhancing marketing strategies for Vermont wedding vendors.

Matt Musgrave, former director of government affairs at the Associated Contractors of Vermont, has been appointed Vermont regional director of the New Hampshire/Vermont chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors.

Vermont Commissioner of Economic Development Joan Goldstein has been selected to participate in the 2024 Council of State Governments Henry Toll Fellowship, the nation’s premier leadership-development program for state government officials.

Toll fellows are nominated by their peers and selected by alumni of the program. Goldstein was recommended for the fellowship by Gov. Phil Scott and Secretary of the Agency of Commerce and Community Development Lindsay Kurrle.
