Lake Homes Realty, the nation's largest lake-focused real estate company, has presented Vermont broker Dave Carlson with an Aqua Award in recognition of his outstanding performance in the real estate market.

This award is reserved for agents who achieve a total transaction volume between $3.5 million and $10 million, with at least 20 transaction sides exceeding $2.5 million in value, during the one-year period between Sept. 1, 2023, to Aug. 31, 2024.

John Dumville, who served the state of Vermont with distinction for 35 years as its historic sites operations chief, has been honored with Vermont Law and Graduate School's inaugural Community Champion Award. This award recognizes individuals who demonstrate exceptional commitment to and friendship with the institution.
