Vermont Land Trust, a nonprofit environmental organization based in Montpelier, has hired Rachel Mullis as communications director and Hunter Wilson as legal project manager.

Mullis comes to VLT with more than a decade of experience leading communications campaigns and developing strategies and content for sustainability-focused organizations. For the past four years, she has run a content strategy and writing business whose clients included Vermont Land Trust, USAID, EnergyHub, Efficiency Vermont and IndustryDive.
