Gravel & Shea welcomes Eleanor Moody to corporate and business group

Gravel & Shea has hired Eleanor Moody as an associate attorney in its corporate and business department, where she focuses on business formation, contract drafting and review, and mergers and acquisitions for new and existing clients.

Moody brings experience working in the Office of the Vermont Attorney General, where she assisted in the Civil Rights Unit, and as a research assistant at Ridley & Associates. She is a graduate of the University of Vermont and earned a law degree, magna cum laude, from Vermont Law & Graduate School.

Aspire Living & Learning taps Erica Hare for CEO

Aspire Living & Learning, a private, multistate human services agency based in Barre, has elevated Chief Finance and Strategy Officer Erica Hare to CEO, effective July 1. She will succeed Lou Giramma, who has guided Aspire since 2015 and will step down in June.

Mount Mansfield School District names new superintendent

John Muldoon, assistant superintendent at Maple Run Unified Union School District in St. Albans, has been named the next superintendent of Mount Mansfield Unified Union School District, which comprises eight schools in the towns of Bolton, Huntington, Jericho, Richmond and Underhill.. He will succeed John Alberghini, who is retiring at the end of the current academic year.
