VENTURE.co welcomes Tony Olivo as chief revenue officer

Tony Olivo, former vice president of sales at Vistra, has been named chief revenue officer at VENTURE.co Fund Services, a private markets technology company that streamlines capital raising and investor onboarding for alternative investment funds.

Olivo comes to VENTURE.co with 20 years of experience in financial services and alternative investments. In his new position, he will spearhead sales initiatives and foster client-centric innovations to elevate VENTURE.co’s comprehensive offering to the alternative investment industry.

Vermont Law appoints Stephanie Clark as vice dean for students

Stephanie Clark, a professor of law at Vermont Law and Graduate School, has been appointed vice dean for students, effective May 1. She succeeds Joseph Brennan, who returns to a full-time faculty position.

Clark has been a member of the VLGS faculty since 2018 and teaches Torts; Civil Procedure; Clemency, Pardon and Expungement; and Ethics and Restorative Justice. In her new role, she will oversee the academic success program, Office of Student Affairs, registrar’s office, career services office and mental health services.
