Vermont Intelligence Center cyber analyst earns national award

Ryan McLiverty, cyber intelligence analyst at the Vermont Intelligence Center, has received a citation for Excellence in the Field of Cyber Protection from the National Network of Fusion Centers.

Vermont Intelligence Center leadership nominated McLiverty for the award in recognition of his overall work to enhance cybersecurity in Vermont and his specific focus on topics including election support, incident reporting and intelligence sharing; weekly cyber threat reporting; and engaging with new partners.

Dr. Ann Guillot honored with AAP’s Henry Barnett Award

Dr. Ann Guillot, a retired pediatric nephrologist at the University of Vermont Children's Hospital, has been named recipient of the Henry Barnett Award by the American Academy of Pediatrics, the largest professional association of pediatricians in the United States. The award recognizes pediatric nephrologists who have demonstrated outstanding teaching and clinical care for children with kidney disease.

Community Bank names Matthew Plasse regional president for New England

Matthew Plasse, former senior vice president and group manager for commercial banking at M&T Bank, has been named regional president of the New England market at Community Bank. In his new position, Plasse will lead business development and community engagement activities while  fostering strong alignment across the bank’s various lines of business in the region.
