NPI Technology Management, an information technology services company based in South Burlington, has hired Ryan Hayden, of Plattsburgh, New York, as a Canopy technician providing end-user IT support. He joins the company from Tetra Tech in Burlington, where he served as an IT user services administrator.

“Ryan brings a strong blend of technical support expertise, systems management and valuable health care IT experience,” NPI CEO Eric Hart said.
