Kendra Smith joins Downs Rachlin Martin as labor relations consultant
Kendra Smith, former human resources director at Saint Michael's College, has joined the northern New England law firm Downs Rachlin Martin as a labor relations consultant.

ZymoChem welcomes Patrick Dacek as director of supply chain
Patrick Dacek, former senior manager of supply chain at Keurig Dr Pepper, has been appointed director of supply chain at ZymoChem in Burlington.
Dacek’s hiring comes as part of a wider initiative to expand ZymoChem’s Vermont-based operations. In his new role, he will lead the company’s global supply-chain strategy, driving operational excellence as the company scales up commercial production of its high-performance, bio-based materials and develops products to showcase how those materials work.
