The EDGE welcomes four team members

The EDGE Physical Therapy welcomes Dan Ellis, DPT, and Kelsey Higgins, ATC to their team. Dan is a graduate from The University of Vermont with his BS in Exercise and Movement Science in 2013 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2015. Dan treats people with a variety of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses and is accepting new patients at their Williston and Essex locations. Kelsey graduated from The University of Vermont last year with a BS in Athletic Training. She represents the EDGE to provide Athletic Training services for South Burlington High School, Winooski High School, and St Michael’s College men’s and women’s rugby. She is also currently treating and accepting new patients at their Essex clinic, where she works with people of all ages to overcome injuries and help them lead healthy and active lifestyles.

The EDGE also welcomes Erin Altemus as their new Head Fitness Consultant and Genavix Wellness Coach at their Essex location and Katie Brown as their new Site Director for the Kids and Fitness in Essex. Erin has a Bachelor’s of Science in Occupational Therapy from Boston University. She has previously worked as an occupational therapist in inpatient spinal cord injury rehab and in outpatient and school settings with children with sensory integration dysfunction. Katie graduated from Johnson State College in May of 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Studies and holds a Level I License with an Early Childhood Education Endorsement (Birth-PreK) through the Vermont Agency of Education.
